Defendants appeal the Order of the District Court of the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County, which granted plaintiffs motion for summary judgment declaring that Dahlia Halverson, predecessor in interest of both parties tracts, had created an easement across defendants property by reservation and necessity for purposes of ingress and egress. The District Court also denied defendants subsequent Motion to Reconsider, Amend or Vacate the summary judgment order. We affirm.
